What is counselling?
Counselling deals with addressing emotional or psychological issues, exploring past experiences, and promoting healing and self-awareness. It’s reflective and therapeutic in nature, and is aimed at resolving emotional distress or mental health challenges.
What is my approach?
My approach is holistic which simply means that I consider how the parts of you —mind, body, spirit, and emotions — are interconnected and can be brought into harmony.
I also believe that even in the darkest of times do we have a creative spark which if kindled can help us see the world differently and inspire us towards finding meaning and joy in our lives.
