Coaching for inner transformation

What if you could return to finding joy and satisfaction in life?

What is Psychosynthesis Coaching?

Psychosynthesis Coaching brings together inner work with grounded action. It’s for people who want to live and work with greater alignment, integrity, and depth.

Whether you’re at a career crossroads, stepping into something new, or feeling the limits of an old identity, this work helps you listen more deeply to yourself and start to move with greater intention.

Who I Work With

I work with people who find themselves in transition, from recent graduates to seasoned executives. People who are no longer satisfied with surface-level success or who find the current way of living no longer fits.

You may feel stuck, scattered, or on the edge of change. You might be recovering from disillusionment, stepping away from burnout, or navigating a shift in identity. Many of my clients are in midlife, asking deeper questions: What now? What matters? What’s true?

My Approach

Psychosynthesis Coaching meets the whole of you. Not just your goals but your values and your deepest intentions. Through presence, reflection, creative process and intuitive enquiry, we will create space for clarity. From this stillpoint, forward movement seems more natural and less forced.

This is not performance coaching

While we do look at goals it’s not the whole story. Depth coaching starts from a different place. It begins with the whole person, not just the problem they bring. When we focus on the person, we invite growth. Together, we explore:

* What’s shifting and what’s trying to emerge

* What’s blocking: patterns, beliefs, or inner blocks

* What’s possible: how to envision and then craft a more aligned way of working and living
